Psalms 103 HCSB

My soul, praise Yahweh, and all that is within me, praise His holy name.
My soul, praise the LORD, and do not forget all His benefits.

He forgives all your sin;
He heals all your diseases.
He redeems your life from the Pit;
He crowns you with faithful love and compassion.
He satisfies you with goodness; your youth is renewed like the eagle.

The Lord executes acts of righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
He revealed His ways to Moses, His deeds to the people of Israel.
The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and rich in faithful love.  He will not always accuse us or be angry forever.
He has not dealt with us as our sins deserve or repaid us according to our offenses.

For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His faithful love toward those who fear Him.  As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.  As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.  For He knows what we are made of, remembering that we are dust.

As for man, his days are like grass---
he blooms like a flower of the field;
when the wind passes over it, it vanishes,
and its place is no longer known.
But from eternity to eternity
the LORD's faithful love is toward those who fear Him,
and His righteousness toward the grandchildren
of those who keep His covenant,
who remember to observe His precepts.
The LORD has established His throne in Heaven,
and His kingdom rules over all.

Praise the LORD,
all His angels of great strength,
who do His word,
obedient to His command.
Praise the LORD, all His armies,
His servants who do His will.
Praise the LORD, all His works
in all the places where He rules.
My soul, praise Yahweh!

Courage to Continue...

As a Christian when we are convicted by the Holy Spirit and He shows us a sin, it doesn't mean that we have failed God.  Afterwards, a voice of failure will always come with guilt.  That voice is the voice of the accuser of the all Spirit-filled believers and he is attempting to make you fall away from God's word. That voice will whisper in your ear to keep you down. The word of God speaks to us in 1 John 1:9, "that if we confess our sin, He is faithful and just to forgive our sin, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

That Godly principle in 1 John 1:9 applies to any Spirit-filled Christian.  When we fall into sin and the Holy Spirit convicts us we should immediately bring that sin before God. Yes, confess it to Him and ask Him to forgive because sin separates us from having a personal and intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father. Forgiveness is a act of faith.  We may not feel forgiven.  It takes time, and a precious tender God through His Spirit to allow us to sense and know His forgiveness.

Sin is a ugly mess,  and it doesn't matter what sin it is. There is no good sin or pet sins, there are all unappealing and quenches the Holy Spirit!!! I pray that the Spirit of God will reveal how He desires to wash our sins away, and to cleanse our hearts as white as the beautiful freshly fallen snow by the shed blood of the lamb of God. I don't believe our Father can look upon our sin. The Blood of Jesus not only covers our sins, but washes them away as if they never were there in the first place!!  The Father in heaven can only see us because of the sacrifice of the Lamb of God. As we  give our very souls unto Jesus, and allow Him divine access into our hearts, those areas where we fall into sin, The Father can come by His Spirit and wash those areas with the blood of Jesus.  The veil of the flesh has been torn by Jesus...We can enter into the Holy Place because of the Blood!!!  We should open our heart to Jesus.  He is knocking at the door of our heart. Can you open the door and let Him in??

Jesus has literally taken back the keys of death and hell. Included in those keys is forgiveness of the sins of the whole world.

Falling does not mean that you are a failure.  It should help us to realize that we we are not leaning on the Holy Spirit. You can cast all your worries and anxieties on well as our old way of life, and those old lies that satan tries to speak back upon us before we were believers. Those old lies are attempting to make us think we will never change and that we will never make it to heaven, mainly that we can never be forgiven of our sins...We have to learn not to fall for the devil's tricks. Yes, he is out there with his other minions doing everything he can do to destroy our Christian walk.

God's arm is never too short to save us and to catch us when we fall. God would never intentionally drop us.  We make choices everyday to either come to him or slip into our old sinful habits--and that is exactly what old satan wants. There is a old song that says, "Even through there were times, I stepped out of His will, I've never been our of His care.  God's love or care steps beyond our bad choices. He hears our heart cries and will save and deliver us from the enemies camp and put us on the road to freedom in Christ!!!

Wait upon the Lord and He will renew our strength!

"Success is not final, failure is not fatal; it is the courage to continue that counts." --Winston Churchill

Psalms 103:12  (HCSB)  As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our trangressions from us.

Sweet Memories

I  have come to sit at the Master's feet,

to tell Him that I love Him

Those memories are so sweet...

of times gone by

when I have lingered and stayed

in the Presence of Jesus the maker of my soul.

Oh the mercy I have felt

the grace to grow

in that knowledge of Jesus Christ my Lord.

Here I come once again...

hearing His sweet melody

to bask in the warmth

as He sings over me.

His heart is so true,

His words are so kind,

I long to stay

and hear his voice one more time.

There is more than enough room

in His heart for you,

so come to His feet...

He is waiting

 for you.

A word that God has spoken to me...

Even now I sense in my spirit that the Holy Spirit is calling us into a deeper fervency of intercession and expectation.  It is quite more than saying a prayer here and there.   I believe God is desiring us to be more passionate and specific. What I mean by deeper intercession is taking the horns of the altar of prayer and not letting go until the forces of heaven come upon the scene. Grabbing the horns of the altar is where a explosive transaction takes place between heaven and earth. The right kind of prayer is where humble people do business with God sober and vigilantly!!  There is no other way for us as Christians to pray. God desires to hear more from us than some little mousy prayer. He wants to pray with all our heart and soul.

I had to do some studying on this phrase, "Taking the horns of the Altar."   I had always heard the saying but I wanted to get a better understanding and vision for this statement.  In the Old Testament there is a certain piece of furniture in the tabernacle of Moses referred to as a bronze  or brazen altar. It is located inside the courtyard upon entering the gate of the tabernacle. The altar has 4 bronze horns on each corner, and it sets on a dirt mound.  All the worshipers had access to this altar as well as fugitives finding it safe place. The altar was a place for burning sacrifices.  It showed the Israelite's that the first step for sinful man to approach a holy God was to be cleansed by the blood of a innocent creature.  The horns of the brazin altar also shows Gods mercy. It is a place of refuge where a man who was accused of a crime could run there for safety grabbing hold of one of these horns.  We see this story of  Adonijah one of King Davids sons took hold of the horns of the altar after He tried to talk the place of King Solomon.  (See: 1 Kings 50)

In our spirits we must come to the brazen altar and grab hold of the horns as a sign to our great God Jehovah, that we are not giving up on our petitions.  We will not let go -- pleading to God to let us see the fruit of our fiery prayers come to pass. The fervent prayers of a righteous avail much.

The devil is having a field day in our government, in our towns and schools, and in our churches, in our marriages, even in our own personal lives..

I hear God saying "Where do you draw the line and say No More? How much will us as born again believers allow the enemy to come and take things out of our hands? It is time to take those things that we truly value back out of his hands and fight for them.

You might be saying you have been in this place. It is time and you know it to lay down your stubborn and prideful hearts to intercede like never before. Now is the time and You are the intercessor of the hour!  Do not wait for someone else, that someone else is You...It is late in the day, can you hear the shofar in this distance. Awaken bride and talk your rightful place!!!

I Am Just Gonna Sink...

I am just going to totally give up
not fighting the waters
I am just gonna be submerged in the river
staying  still and not fight the current
I will just take His hand
He draws me even deeper
trusting Him even more to set me free.

No matter what
No matter when or where
I will trust that
He will take my hand.

I will not turn to the right or the left,
I will keep my eyes on Him!!

Jesus and Me...

Walking across the sea.

Storm tossed waves

of water

over me

I am walking with my King

and what a honor it is

to feel the nail prints in his hands...

I am talking with my King

hearing His voice of humbleness

Its no surprise to see a smile upon His face

His gentle but firm embrace eases my mind

I can finally trust Him completely.

I sense and feel His complete love,

everlasting grace

unending mercy

pouring into my soul..

God has Healing...For You!

Many people expect a instant healing and some get it...   That is all well and good but I want to speak to those who never get a instant physical, mental or emotional healing.

Maybe you have been praying for months for God to heal a certain area of your life, or in the life of someone in your family, and you still have not seen the fruit of your prayers come forth.

I am here to tell you to hold on...God does see where you are, and He has not forgotten your prayers.

Some miracles are not instantaneous, they take time.

Time to mend up the hurt...

    Time to let it go...

     Keep seeking Him!!

Jesus can take all your scars. Bring all  your hurts to Him and according to His timetable you will see that healing come forth in His great name.  It will not be in your time.  The key word is to keep reaching out to the Healer. Take hold of your miracle and speak it into existence and always remember that you do not hold the keys to time.

God has ordained in His perfect timing for your deliverance, and what a testimony of endurance and praise will go to the Father and Him alone...for you reached out and trusted and leaned upon God during that trying time of waiting on Him.

I pray for all reading this message and I pray for that healing to come forth in the name of Jesus.

I pray that you reach out and touch the hem of his garment and be healed. And if you healing is not instant you do not throw in the towel but that you rise up, proclaiming that you are healed no matter what. Most importantly that you do not give up in that perfect hope. Cling to the Life-giver ~For He will never fail not forsake you!!

For God will see you through to his perfect healing in Jesus' name, Amen!

Nothing can Separate Us...

No matter what you have gone through on this earth since the day you have been born - can rip you apart from the Father's heart. He has...
