Psalms 103 HCSB

My soul, praise Yahweh, and all that is within me, praise His holy name.
My soul, praise the LORD, and do not forget all His benefits.

He forgives all your sin;
He heals all your diseases.
He redeems your life from the Pit;
He crowns you with faithful love and compassion.
He satisfies you with goodness; your youth is renewed like the eagle.

The Lord executes acts of righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
He revealed His ways to Moses, His deeds to the people of Israel.
The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and rich in faithful love.  He will not always accuse us or be angry forever.
He has not dealt with us as our sins deserve or repaid us according to our offenses.

For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His faithful love toward those who fear Him.  As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.  As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.  For He kn…

Courage to Continue...

As a Christian when we are convicted by the Holy Spirit and He shows us a sin, it doesn't mean that we have failed God.  Afterwards, a voice of failure will always come with guilt.  That voice is the voice of the accuser of the all Spirit-filled believers and he is attempting to make you fall away from God's word. That voice will whisper in your ear to keep you down. The word of God speaks to us in 1 John 1:9, "that if we confess our sin, He is faithful and just to forgive our sin, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

That Godly principle in 1 John 1:9 applies to any Spirit-filled Christian.  When we fall into sin and the Holy Spirit convicts us we should immediately bring that sin before God. Yes, confess it to Him and ask Him to forgive because sin separates us from having a personal and intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father. Forgiveness is a act of faith.  We may not feel forgiven.  It takes time, and a precious tender God through His Spi…

Sweet Memories

I  have come to sit at the Master's feet,
to tell Him that I love Him
Those memories are so sweet...
of times gone by
when I have lingered and stayed
in the Presence of Jesus the maker of my soul.
Oh the mercy I have felt
the grace to grow
in that knowledge of Jesus Christ my Lord.
Here I come once again...
hearing His sweet melody
to bask in the warmth
as He sings over me.
His heart is so true,
His words are so kind,
I long to stay
and hear his voice one more time.
There is more than enough room
in His heart for you,
so come to His feet...
He is waiting
 for you.

A word that God has spoken to me...

Even now I sense in my spirit that the Holy Spirit is calling us into a deeper fervency of intercession and expectation.  It is quite more than saying a prayer here and there.   I believe God is desiring us to be more passionate and specific. What I mean by deeper intercession is taking the horns of the altar of prayer and not letting go until the forces of heaven come upon the scene. Grabbing the horns of the altar is where a explosive transaction takes place between heaven and earth. The right kind of prayer is where humble people do business with God sober and vigilantly!!  There is no other way for us as Christians to pray. God desires to hear more from us than some little mousy prayer. He wants to pray with all our heart and soul.

I had to do some studying on this phrase, "Taking the horns of the Altar."   I had always heard the saying but I wanted to get a better understanding and vision for this statement.  In the Old Testament there is a certain piece of fur…

I Am Just Gonna Sink...

I am just going to totally give up  not fighting the waters I am just gonna be submerged in the river staying  still and not fight the current I will just take His hand He draws me even deeper trusting Him even more to set me free.

No matter what No matter when or where I will trust that He will take my hand.

I will not turn to the right or the left, I will keep my eyes on Him!!

Jesus and Me...

Walking across the sea.
Storm tossed waves
of water
over me
I am walking with my King
and what a honor it is
to feel the nail prints in his hands...
I am talking with my King
hearing His voice of humbleness
Its no surprise to see a smile upon His face
His gentle but firm embrace eases my mind
I can finally trust Him completely.
I sense and feel His complete love,
everlasting grace
unending mercy
pouring into my soul..

God has Healing...For You!

Many people expect a instant healing and some get it...   That is all well and good but I want to speak to those who never get a instant physical, mental or emotional healing.

Maybe you have been praying for months for God to heal a certain area of your life, or in the life of someone in your family, and you still have not seen the fruit of your prayers come forth.

I am here to tell you to hold on...God does see where you are, and He has not forgotten your prayers.

Some miracles are not instantaneous, they take time.

Time to mend up the hurt...

    Time to let it go...

     Keep seeking Him!!

Jesus can take all your scars. Bring all  your hurts to Him and according to His timetable you will see that healing come forth in His great name.  It will not be in your time.  The key word is to keep reaching out to the Healer. Take hold of your miracle and speak it into existence and always remember that you do not hold the keys to time.

God has ordained in His perfect tim…
